each class is focused on riding to the beat of the music while integrating choreographed moves that synchronize the upper body and lower body together.
the ride consists of a pre-arranged music playlist that will lead you through a full body workout at various musical beats per minute (bpm’s) both in and out of the bike saddle (bike seat).
each ride that is taught on the realspin platform is a rhythm ride following the beat of the music. although the rides incorporate bringing your body out of the saddle, walking on the pedals and adding upper body choreography, these elements are not necessary to participate and enjoy a ride. each ride can be adapted to your fitness level and ability with no insecurities. find the beat, enjoy the music, adapt and sweat!
60 minute and 45 minute rides
rhythm based rides incorporating upper body moves and one 3-4 minute upper body weight sequence during the ride.
35 minute rhythm rides incorporating upper body moves with no weight sequence during the ride. these are shorter, but you will still get an amazing sweat!
12-15 minute rhythm rides incorporating upper body moves with no weight sequence during the ride. these quick rides can be done alone or added on to another workout.
10 minute arms workout using 2-5 pound weights while pedalling on the bike. these classes can be done alone or added on to a ride.
