Real spin=life

Hi! I’ve been meaning to pop on here and post :)

I currently live in Columbus, Ohio and work as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient GI department.

I moved here from NJ 6 years ago after I got married. I have 2 very sweet little girls (4 and 2).

Spin was very much apart of my life back in my single girl days in NY/NJ. I was really missing my squad I used to ride with and started getting back into spinning after I had my second child.

I came across Lauren’s page shortly before COVID and was immediately drawn to her contagious energy.

I began taking classes when Lauren started on Webex and signing up for Real Spin was a no brainer. The classes are filled with so much positivity, energy and FUN. Some of my favorites are the Camp ride, mix tape through the decades, songs you sing in the shower, single girls and basically any ride she plays “Ugly Heart.”

The rides are like a party you just don’t want to leave.

The content library is filled with rides for every mood and emotion. I will admit I have cheered, laughed and cried during the rides. Lauren has truly touched and changed my life and for that I am so grateful.
