Hey there party people!!🎉🎉

So I never thought I would be the type to do an ‘exercise class’.... Growing up I was always busy with dance, volleyball and riding horses. After becoming a mom I discovered running and found it to be a great way to get in movement while also taking time to myself. When COVID hit I was running 14-20km a day and then suddenly was home alone with 2 kids all day every second week and couldn’t run. I had a bike for weekends when I had my kids but never thought much of it. And then I found Lauren and her classes. Her energy is contagious and her enthusiasm and optimism kept me feeling motivated and engaged in a time that could have been very lonely. She would even check on me if I didn’t message/ride for a few days in a row. I became totally addicted and now I ride almost every day (even when I run!). Realspin gives so much more than just a workout in a physical sense. It offers the opportunity to escape, dig deep, feel all the feels and party anytime and anywhere you want or need it.
