Hi everyone, I’m Sherry... I ride on Vancouver island... been really enjoying getting the rides done at 6 am- gets me feeling good for the whole day... I’ve also added running to my night schedule, always listening to realspin radio( with the motivation) sooo many amazing themes to choose from.... even though I do have my handful of favourites...
